WHERE TO STAY
While Charleston is a relatively small city, it's very spread out. Consider distances to when creating your itinerary. For help, use this guide to learn more about the best neighborhoods for bachelorettes.
CLASSIC "MUST SEES"
Start your weekend by wandering through Charleston’s Historic District. The cobblestone streets, pastel-colored homes, and wrought-iron balconies create a picturesque backdrop perfect for group photos.
Rainbow Row: A series of colorful 18th-century houses along East Bay Street.
Waterfront Park: Famous for its Pineapple Fountain and stunning views of Charleston Harbor.
The Battery: A scenic promenade lined with historic mansions and cannons.
The Battery, Waterfront Park, and Rainbow Row can be done in one easy "loop" and are great spots for photo opps.
WHERE TO EAT
BEST ROOFTOP BARS
When in Charleston, you'll definitely want to catch sunset and afternoon views at Charleston best rooftop bars. Here's our guide by neighborhood ('cause heels are not made for walking in the Holy City).
Upper King:
The Citrus Club; Great views of the Charleston Harbor and city. Very picture-friendly and cute.
Stars Rooftop; is centrally located in the Upper King area.
Hotel Bennet; Upscale rooftop drinks situated in prime Upper King neighborhood.
Historic District:
Vendue Range; A classic rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city.
Little Palm; not necessarily a place for great panoramic views, but a cute, girly aesthetic with a pool.

BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
Baba's on Cannon: Great quality breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and snacks.
Good to Know: They can be pretty busy and they have limited seating so I’d order for pickup ahead of time if you’re in a crunch.
Callie’s Little Biscuit: Grab and go breakfast. Be prepared for potential long lines.
Poogan’s Porch: More upscale, seated brunch in a charming historical building.
Miller's All Day: A great place for a boozy brunch.

DINNER FOR GROUPS:
Booking a private dining area or reserving early ensures your group can relax and enjoy the meal together-- be sure to make reservations.
Church and Union: is very popular, especially with Bachelorette’s for its unique aesthetic and ability to sit large parties.
Bourbon N' Bubbles: Known for its artistic atmosphere and group-friendly pre-party vibes, it features an extensive selection of champagne and whiskies.
Frannie + the Fox: Relaxed Italian restaurant offering wood-fired pizzas & happy hours, plus homey decor & a courtyard.
Prohibition: A jazz-themed bar on King Street with great food for large groups. It often features live music and is a short walk from other major nightlife spots. This is also a good after-dinner spot for drinks.
High Cotton: A stylish and upscale restaurant known for its sophisticated Southern cuisine and elegant ambiance.

POST-DINNER LAIDBACK DRINKS:
A great stopping point between dinner and a party with boozy drinks and a lively vibe.
Carmella’s: Has great desserts + cocktails in a laid-back environment.
Cocktail Club: A good place for drinks with live music and cocktail drink bowls.

Explore Nearby Beaches
If your group loves the sun and sand, Charleston’s nearby beaches provide a great escape. Folly Beach is one of the closer beaches to downtown and a great place to also grab lunch.
Folly Beach has shopping + sunshine, a great place to each lunch is Chico Feo.
Beach day tips:
Pack a picnic or grab food from local beachside cafes.
Rent paddleboards or kayaks for some water adventure.
Keep in mind that there are no beaches central to downtown, so an Uber is required. During peak season, getting on and off of the beaches can take from 30 min. to 1 hour.
