The labels feature the options of 6 different designs. See images for examples. 
The name, date, and prompt (for example “thank you”) is customizable to you. 
A mockup of the label is provided within 72 hours of purchase for approval. 
 
Candle About 
Candle is 2 oz with an app. 5 hour burn time.
Candle comes in a high-quality gold tin vessel with raised feet for safe burning. 
Tin style makes it easy to travel with and TSA approved.
